Course Overview

This advanced program is meticulously designed to empower students with the skills and knowledge essential for excelling in a diverse array management roles. Upon the successful completion of the Advanced Diploma, students will have attained a comprehensive and practical understanding of program management. Graduates will learn to organise and oversee a suite of interrelated projects, known as a program, while exercising adaptability, initiative and judgment to achieve business goals.

In addition to these technical proficiencies, students will have honed their communication skills to a high degree, effectively communicating progress and updates to relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, learners will have the capacity to share their knowledge effectively to others, and make informed decisions, bridging gaps in communication. Overall, students will emerge from this course as accomplished program managers, ready to lead projects with confidence and competence in diverse organisational contexts.

Course Progress

The program is designed to accommodate people of all levels. Course progress is evaluated on a weekly basis, to ensure accurate placement and continual development.

Step 01

Orientation

Students attend Orientation and their English level is evaluated based on the English Placement Test and/or previous qualifications attained.

Step 02

Attend

Students attend classes and participate in weekly tests and activities to measure their progress.

Step 03

Certificate

Students receive a certificate at the end of the program, detailing their core skill levels.

Delivery Approach

At Lonsdale Institute we employ an immersive and interactive delivery approach. Students engage in daily class activities, weekly testing, and monthly city excursions, fostering a well-rounded language learning experience. Our teachers create a supportive and engaging environment that empowers students to develop their English skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the local culture.

Entry Requirements

  • Students must be 18 years or older. 
  • Students will be required to complete an assessment test to ascertain their English level.
  • A score of IELTS 5.5 or a strong level of English is required
  • Year 12 or equivalent literacy and numeracy levels or equivalent
  • Completion of the Diploma of Project Management
